Job description
The Software PreSales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients to
understand their business needs and challenges, and effectively communicate how our software
solutions can address those needs. This role requires a combination of technical expertise,
communication skills, and business acumen to effectively articulate the value proposition of our
software offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement -
* Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, pain
points, and technical requirements.
* Collaborate with sales teams to develop a deep understanding of client needs and tailor software
demonstrations and presentations accordingly.
Technical Expertise -
* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our software solutions and how they align with
client requirements.
* Provide technical guidance and insights to clients during the pre-sales process, including
addressing technical inquiries and conducting product demonstrations.
Solution Design -
* Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and implementation teams, to
design customized solutions that meet client needs.
* Develop detailed proposals and solution architectures that outline the value proposition of our
software solutions.
Relationship Management -
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by serving as a trusted advisor
throughout the pre-sales process.
* Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from
pre-sales to post-sales activities.
Sales Support -
* Support sales teams in developing sales strategies and tactics to effectively position our software
solutions in the market.
* Assist in the preparation of sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and product
documentation.
