Job responsibilities Experience in Talent Acquisition Control the hiring process. Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan. Improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests, grievances, or other issues. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems Experience with full-cycle recruiting Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) Solid communication skills. Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues Manage employee's grievances Create a Safe Work Environment Education Qualification: Postgraduate can done Payroll processing & Hiring independently English Communication Skills Compensation and Benefits and other HR related worksJob tags
