Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

The Adobe Experience Platform Developer codes, configures, tests, and debugs new campaigns, including data configuration, email distributions, audience creation, and utilization of capabilities in the Adobe Experience Platform. He/ She will be responsible for developing journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), implementing personalized and dynamic messages in Adobe Target and Campaign. Has experienced in advanced segmentation, reporting and analytics, and data configuration. He/ She should have a fair understanding of the end of end Omnichannel Marketing/ Campaign Operations process.
Responsibilities

. Understand, customize, and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, production execution and quality control.
. Configure journeys, including Data Sources, Events and Actions
. Build, test, and orchestrate omnichannel Journeys and deliver personalized offers including personalization and dynamic content across different channels (email, SMS, Push)
. Expert level understanding of the different built-in actions to send messages designed in Journey Optimizer or create custom actions if a third-party system is being used to send messages.
. Build audience segments and implement the same in the journey&rsquos in AJO.
. Performs day-to-day marketing activities including, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
. Build API&rsquos, Data Model, Data Schemas, Input form, Delivery templates, webapp, Coupon, Message center, IP whitelisting and User management.
. Ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues in Adobe campaign & Journey Optimizer workflows.
. Designing custom formula fields, workflows, field validation rules, and approval processes for automated alerts, field updates, and email generation
. Responsible for the development in Adobe Campaign which included creation of schemas, input forms and workflows.
. Provide technical assistance to team members on issues and logic of the campaign.
. Develop end-to-end solutions for complex campaigns (with potential optimization testing) to deliver personalized customer communications (social & email)
. Design & Develop A/B tests and personalization functionality utilizing Adobe Target
. Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including troubleshooting, naming conventions, list management, etc.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
. Relevant years relevant experience building solutions in Adobe Experience Platform. At least a minimum of months of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer is a must.
. Able to develop journeys in AJO independently is a must.
. Solid business acumen including a good sense of how a well-integrated Adobe Experience Platform should be to improve business.
. Experience with one or more leading marketing automation platform like HCL Unica, SFMC, PEGA, etc. marketing Solutions would be an added advantage.
. Experience with responsive website design and various forms of online marketing including mobile, social, content, email, etc.
. Looking for a self-motivated, responsive professional with a problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
. Must have solid organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
. Should be able to learn quickly, manage change effectively, and work independently and within a team environment.
. Comfortable liaising with multiple external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

. Highly strategic and able to uncover and understand business needs.
. Preferred certifications in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform
. Technical expertise in Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics is highly desirable
. Deep knowledge of modern client-side technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
. Knowledge of JXON, JSON, JSSP, E4X, XML, DOM
. Should be excited to learn new technologies and identify new opportunities.
. Should possess good Banking and Financial domain knowledge.
. Six sigma certified.
. Knowledge of database and direct marketing principles including customer segmentation, testing, and applying results to improve future campaigns.
. Strong relationship building skills with ability to collaborate effectively across broad stakeholder groups.
