Overview:
As a Sales Executive at our company you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through prospecting qualifying and closing sales opportunities. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with customers while promoting our products and services to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong longlasting customer relationships
- Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
- Presenting promoting and selling products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Implementing sales strategies and techniques to achieve sales objectives
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve better results
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions
- Providing aftersales support and handling customer inquiries
- Preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records
- Attending sales meetings events and trainings to stay updated on the latest industry trends
- Monitoring competition and staying informed about new products/services
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions and achieving customer satisfaction
- Excellent negotiation and selling skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks while paying attention to detail
- Willingness to travel and meet clients onsite
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus
