Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Head for Wealth/Investment
Products to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing,
and enhancing our suite of wealth and investment products, ensuring they align with the
needs and goals of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design and Management:
ï'· Develop and curate investment solutions, financial planning models, and
portfolios for high-net-worth clients, taking into consideration their risk profiles,
financial goals, and specific needs.
ï'· Ideate and design new wealth and investment products, including structured
products, to cater to evolving market opportunities and client demands.
ï'· Handling the development project related to the (Investment/MF/insurance/
B2B/Trading) products
ï'· Developing product documentation to communicate upcoming features and
products to internal teams
ï'· Planning and implementing a successful internal marketing strategy to raise
awareness among multiple business channels to enhance product digital
penetration
ï'· Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines short-term
and long-term goals and milestones.
ï'· Continuously monitor and optimize product performance, ensuring
competitiveness and profitability.
ï'· Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies,
marketing collateral, and customer communication.
ï'· Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance existing products and create
new ones to meet customer needs.

Competitive Analysis and Strategy:
ï'· Provide regular updates on product performance, competitor analysis, and
strategic recommendations to leverage our brand positioning.
ï'· Contribute to the development of strategic plans, processes, systems, and
procedures to enhance the functioning of the unit.

Risk and Compliance:
ï'· Ensure that all investment products adhere to legal, compliance, and regulatory
requirements while effectively managing business risks through due diligence on
product processes and systems.
Product Development and Growth:
ï'· Take ownership of building and expanding the entire product vertical, contributing
to product planning and marketing strategies.
ï'· Conduct regular research, due diligence, and performance monitoring of wealth
management products, including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, offshore products,
fixed-income products, and more.
Business Strategies:
ï'· Participate in the design and implementation of strategies to drive business
growth for respective products.
ï'· Periodically review and update defined strategies to achieve overall Business Unit
objectives.
ï'· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient
process.
ï'· Collaborating with various departments of the business, including Design, UX, and
Development.
ï'· Develop and execute strategies for successful implementation, including resource
allocation and risk management.
Team Leadership:
ï'· Define performance goals for yourself and your team, ensuring that they are
monitored and achieved.
ï'· Facilitate the development and delivery of required training sessions to the sales
force.
ï'· Promote a culture of quality deliverables, stakeholder satisfaction, and
professional development within the team.

Qualifications:
ï'· Bachelor's degree in finance, business, Tech. or a related field (Master's degree
preferred).
ï'· A minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management and Min. 4 years of
experience in wealth and investment product management, with a strong track
record of success.
ï'· In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory
requirements.
ï'· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ï'· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
ï'· Proven ability to ideate and design innovative products.
