Job Overview: Vardhman Group is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist with a focus on Training and Development to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in HR practices, particularly in designing and implementing training programs and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employee performance evaluation.
Job Description: •Collaborate with department managers to establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. •Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement. •Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in understanding and utilizing KPIs to drive performance improvements. •Analyse KPI data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for intervention, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. •Regularly review and update KPI metrics and benchmarks to ensure relevance and alignment with changing business needs. •Serve as a subject matter expert on training and development best practices, KPI methodologies, and HR-related compliance requirements. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives and KPI metrics into broader HR programs and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. Master’s degree is preferred. •3-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on training and development and KPI implementation. •Proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating effective training programs in a corporate setting. •Experience in developing and implementing KPI frameworks, performance metrics, and measurement systems. •Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and learning management platforms. •Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.Job tags
