Our goal is to empower businesses with cutting-edge solutions that redefine user interactions and make transactions seamless. As a Senior Product Manager on our Payments track, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital payments within the Fynd commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy:

  • Develop a comprehensive and forward-looking strategy for the Payments track within the Fynd Commerce Platform.
  • Craft long-term vision and quarterly roadmaps to align with overarching business goals and enhance the overall product offering.

Conceptualize New Solutions

  • Lead the product conceptualization process with a problem-first, data-driven, and test-and-iterate approach.
  • Ensure that conceptualization aligns with the platform's long-term view and prioritizes product initiatives based on value.

Build Products

  • Produce high-quality product specifications (User Stories) and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each launch.
  • Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing and building products, balancing innovation and scalability.

Launch Products

  • Draft and execute a go-to-market plan in collaboration with Product Marketing.
  • Serve as the internal and external authority and advocate for the Payments track, ensuring successful product launches.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, customer support, and legal, to ensure alignment on the product roadmap and priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager with specialized expertise in payments and risk management.
  • Track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups in a large enterprise setting.
  • Experience in running A/B tests and making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to upper management.
  • Capacity to balance multiple initiatives and shift priorities as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree is required; Master's in business administration or technical discipline is a plus.
