Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide Floor Support and resolve problems to end users
• Handling computer lab, Wi-Fi Setup
• Projector installation and configuration
• Desktop performance monitoring and optimization
• Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support
• Hardware devices Assembling and troubleshooting
• Create backup and recovery system, preparing systems & Laptop for the users as per policy of the company
• Installation of Windows OS 7, 8, 10 etc. updating windows
• Microsoft Outlook installation and configuration, Office 365 email configuration, Mails Backup.
• Applications installation like Antivirus, Acrobat Reader, Microsoft office
• Installation and Configuration of Printer, scanner and Projector
• Managing LAN & WAN, network resources Configuration
• Analyse and repair PC Software, operating systems and outlook
