Job description

➢ Event Planning and Execution: Proven track record of successfully managing small and large-scale events from start to finish. 

➢ Relationship Building: Ability to work with account leads, partners, stakeholders, and local organizations to enhance resident'/student experience and increase the visibility of the company. 

➢ Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, tech, and marketing, to align program goals with overall business objectives. ➢ Contract Management: Ability to negotiate and manage contracts with partners and vendors. 

➢ Budgeting: Experience in developing and managing event budgets. 

➢ Creative Thinking: Ability to develop creative concepts and execute flawlessly on event logistics while maintaining high standards of quality. 

➢ Project Management: Strong project management skills, including overseeing all aspects of event production such as vendor management, site selection, décor, audio/visual, catering, transportation, and security. 

➢ Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the event planning process or on the day of the event. 

➢ Leadership: Experience in managing and leading a team of coordinators, and assistants. ➢ Communication: Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
