The Impact You Will Make in this Role:

The Client Services Coordinator for India will be responsible for delivering and supporting IT technology in India for the new health care company. Working as part of the Europe and APAC IT team, the successful candidate will coordinate the provision of end client computing, network infrastructure, enterprise hardware and manufacturing infrastructure. Working with global product teams and managed service partners, the India coordinator will provide IT services to over 2000 users. Some travel between sites is required between locations in India.The successful candidate will report to the EMEA/APAC Site Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for IT infrastructure / End User in India
• Manage a team of outsourced technicians
• Implement global IT procedures and systems, working with global support teams
• Liaison between site engineering, external vendorsand corporate IT teams in relation to service issues, or project installations
• Lead IT Infrastructure projects
• Manage IT components of local statutory and audit requirements
• End User Service project support and delivery
• Vendor management for local suppliers including mobile telecoms, PC support and network connectivity

Skills and Expertise:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university orjob experience equivalent.
• Minimum five (5) years of professional IT experience
• Applicants should have a strong IT background, be comfortable working with different levels in the organisation and able to communicate with both IT and non-IT customers.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, etc.)
• Cross-functional IT expertise (applications, security, networkand database infrastructure)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to create effective and engaging communications
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Customer service mindset and sense of urgency
• Experience working in a large, multi-national corporation

Work location: Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)
Travel: 10% expected
