JOB TITLE: HOSPITALITY PRICING ANALYST (Vacation Rental/Hotel Pricing Analyst)

LOCATION : Remote. Can live/work anywhere in the world.

COMPENSATION : Based on experience. Please submit your expectations.

SHIFT : 9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday.

KEY REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years in Revenue Management or Rate-Setting Role for a hospitality company. 2+ years using a dynamic pricing tool (e.g. PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, etc) Highly Educated: Masters degree or undergraduate degree in STEM or Finance. Preferably with knowledge on AirBnB Pricing, Competitive Pricing and Analysis

RESPONSIBILITIES: Set pricing methodology, policies, rules, and goals across the portfolio. Dynamic rate setting and occupancy monitoring across all marketing channels. Deliver forecasts of current and prospective properties based on multiple data sources. Attend meetings, update status regularly, and create reporting to management and clients. Evaluate new technologies or data sources to meet our revenue goals. Analyze our booking rates with competitors' and suggest ways to improve our revenue. Analyze and propose new markets and strategies to enter using data services. Other tasks as maybe assigned by the management.
