Job description

 Achieve disbursement targets for the CV business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels.  Handle the team of FOS and drive their productivity levels.  Ensure target branches achieve their targets with requisite conversions.  Manage Profitability with the Team and ensure productivity.  Achieve targets of cross sell products.  Responsible for controlling early delinquency.  Timely feedback/MIS to seniors
Skills Required :  Responsible for Process and Policy Adherence.  Responsible for Effective Cost Management.  Understanding & Managing Healthy Portfolio
