Job description
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Listen attentively to customer queries and provide solution as per process. - Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions with accurate product information and recommendations. - Customer engagement by upselling, suggestive selling & cross-selling of the products and promotions as applicable. - Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and sales strategies. - Follow the Standard display practice for the respective category. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product offerings & store operational SOPs. - Collaborate effectively with colleagues and store management to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Share customer feedback and insights to improve overall service quality. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance the required skillsets. - Manage stock inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. - Alerts management of potential security issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Should be able to adapt to organization’s culture. - Should have good interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
