Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the General Manager of Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. They will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, advertising, branding, market research, and public relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and enhancing customer engagement. 2. Digital Marketing Management: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising campaigns. 3. Brand Management: Manage and strengthen the company's brand identity and positioning in the market. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. 4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. 5. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. 6. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members. 7. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional and digital media. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve desired outcomes. 8. Public Relations: Oversee public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and event management. Cultivate relationships with key media outlets and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

9. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives. 10. Performance Measurement and Reporting: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Generate regular reports to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies. 3. 2-3 Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team. 4. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. 5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making. 6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. 7. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
