Job description
ERP Project Manager
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context • Leading the team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently • Managing finances and budgets • Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise • D365 F&O Functional Experience on SCM and MFG • Develop or update project plans which would include information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information / trends • Establish and execute a project communication plan • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems • Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel • Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel • Good skills along with the ability to use business support software • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detailJob tags
