Insurance Sector- Agency Channel

Position : Field Sales Manager

Responsibilities :

- Conducting on-field work to maximize customer reach

- Driving business targets and leading business strategy for life insurance

- Monitoring day-to-day activities, planning, and execution of the Agency team

- Managing and leading the team effectively

- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and management

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education : Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate

Experience : Minimum 1 to 3 years in Sales & Marketing/BFSI Sector

Residency: Must be a resident of the locality for the past 3 years

Age : Minimum 21 years - Maximum 38 years
