Job description
As a seasoned technical Kronos consultant, you will work with functional team in order to deliver the high-quality and value-added consulting solutions to customers across various stages: from initial problem definition to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.

Or
Bachelor Of Science (Tech), Computer Applications Technology, Engineering
Additional Responsibilities & Requirements:
Creating reports for end users based on dynamic operational needs.
CreatingRevising SQL queries to support operational needs.
ConfigureRe-configure rules in Kronos Workforce Timekeeper as operational needs change; including new Dimensions features for upgrade.
ConfigureMaintain timeclocks for various departmentslocations, if implemented.
Monitor daily, weekly, biweekly interface jobs to ensure timely imports and accuracy of data inputs; reviewrecommend changes to Workforce Integration Manager interfaces.
Review, recommend changes to scheduling imports that affect timekeeping policiesprocesses.
CreatingModifying schedule patterns andor groups as required
Update Holiday Calendar
Participating in the testing of system upgrades and service patches; createupdate test scripts.
Participating in the process of reporting inadequacies and problems
Knowledgeable in reviewingcreatingmodifying Workforce Integration Manager and SQL queries.
Knowledgeable in creating reports using Kronos Reporting Tools or SQL queries.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Kronos Workforce Management.
Comprehensive consulting and technical experience in end-to-end Kronos implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. Proficient in Requirements Gathering, Solution Design and Development, Quality Assurance, Deployment, Post Go-Live Support, and End User Education.
Sound working knowledge of Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Scheduler, Workforce Connect, Workforce Analytics, and Workforce Integration Manager.
Experience with UKG Dimensions Timekeeping, scheduling, absence, analytics, forecasting, recommendations, accruals.
Experience in Kronos versionservice pack upgrades.
Strong knowledge of various workforce management disciplines, including accruals, attendance tracking, compliance monitoring, employee self-service, fatigue management, leave management, overtime management, schedule optimization, timekeeping, work authorization, and activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity, and incentive pay.
