Designation : Customer Support Executive (Fresher)
Desired Profile Required :
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills. - Should be confident and quality focused. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Must have strong conceptual knowledge. - Must be customer centric. - Must have patient. Key Roles & Responsibilities : - Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations. - Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user. - Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies. - Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs. - Provide excellent customer service to our customers. - Regular follow-ups regarding issues queries and operations with concerned person. - Handle all issues and queries of customers through mail, phone, and letter interaction. - Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis. - Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environmentJob tags
