Brief about the Team :
The Risk & Compliance team at Tata 1mg is a skilled and dedicated group responsible for developing and maintaining the robust infrastructure that powers the company-s platform. With expertise Risk & Compliance Technology, they seamlessly integrate systems, databases, and APIs to improve and help in users- healthcare journey. Their focus on security and reliability ensures high performance and data protection. The team-s attention to detail and problem-solving abilities contribute to Tata 1mg-s reputation as a leading health tech platform.
What will you do:
- Performing vendor due diligence for business functions.
- Assist in managing all external audits for all functions.
- Participate in process walkthroughs, document process flowcharts, identify key risks & mitigation controls, perform design & operational effectiveness testing, and formulate observations / key findings
- Performing internal reviews of built processes, review of facilities, warehouse, etc. to support business
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
- Team player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment What are we looking for:
- Bachelor-s degree or combination of relevant education and experience.
- Experience with various industry standards/regulations / best practices (ISO27001, COBIT, Privacy Regulations - GDPR, etc.)
