Position: Business Development Manager

Department: Agency Channel

Experience: Minimum 2 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing of Any Field

CTC: 3.15 LPA + Variable Pay + Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Create the necessary team train them about the company's products
• Regularly meet with the team
• Improve sales ratio of the company
• Join the team on the customer call
• Monitor and review the performance of team
• Meeting prospective customers

Candidate Preference:

• Ability to convince and influence others
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
• Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
• Willing to travel in the designated region or city
• Local Language preferred
