Source materials, negotiate pricing, and maintain vendor relationships. Manage production timelines and ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) to ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders. Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with factories, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field. Proven experience in apparel merchandising or product development. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant merchandising software.
