Urgently required Senior Interior Designer at Thane / pune (female)
Senior Interior Designer (Female candidate only)
Pune Branch - Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹55,000 monthly
Thane Branch- Salary Range: ₹30,000 to ₹70,000 monthly

Location: Thane (Wagle Estate) & Baner, Pune
Experience- Minimum 8 yrs(with 5-6 yrs of residential interiors)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday off)
Qualification- B.arch (preferable), Any graduate

Position Overview:

As a Senior Interior Designer you will be responsible for
overseeing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of
interior design solutions. We are looking for a person, who is capable of leading projects,
presenting and communicating directly with the clients as well as having the confidence to
coordinate with other specialist consultant.

Responsibilities:

1. Undertake design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the successful
delivery of interior design solutions.

2. Select furniture, materials, decor, and finishes that align with the client's vision and
budgetary guidelines.

3. Maintain a daily task list for assigned projects, discussing time allotments, schedules,
and delegations with the project team.

4. Foster open communication with all team members, monitoring their work and
providing constructive feedback.

5. Prepare and participate in client presentations, effectively communicating design
concepts and incorporating client feedback.

6. Manage projects, ensuring effective coordination, timeline adherence, and efficient
use of resources.

7. Present design proposals and plans to clients, addressing their objectives and seeking
approval.

8. Collaborate with the team to outline client design objectives and develop a
comprehensive design plan.

9. Conceptualize and sketch design plans, considering functionality, aesthetics, and
client preferences.

10. Determine the cost of completion and project requirements during the budgeting
phase.

11. Set a realistic timeline for the completion of each interior design project.
