About the role:

LRN is looking for a Billing Clerk to work with our Finance team. The right candidate for this role likes to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with teams across the globe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation and reconciliation of customer invoices. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills to best support the accounting team.

What you’ll have the opportunity to do:

• Generate and e-mail invoices to customers based on contract terms in NetSuite
• Complete W-9 and other vendor setup forms requested by new customers
• Liaise with the Sales, Customer Service, and Revenue recognition team to resolve billing issues
• Other tasks as necessary upon direction of the Billing Manager

Requirements

Must have skills:

• Education: High School diploma required; some University courses or Certifications in Accounting or Finance highly desired
• Experience: 2+ years working in a similar capacity at a mid-to-large size company
• Willingness to work extra hours on occasion, if needed
• Good written communication skills (in English)
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
• Keen attention to detail
• Able to maintain confidentiality

Good to have skills:

• NetSuite experience preferred
• SaaS experience preferred
