Details: Role : Delivery Manager/Senior Project Manager Experience : 16-20 years Location : Bangalore Working mode : Work from Office

Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for managing Life Sciences customer & projects, from design to deployment, and implementation support efforts. Responsible to plan, supervise, and manage multiple small to medium-sized projects at local, regional, or global levels. These projects will be performed in collaboration with project team members and stakeholders. Lead a team of Scrum Master/Managers and ensure progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects Manage top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure successful delivery in adherence stakeholder goals. Should be able to own the delivery team as a supervisor and manage their performance. Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones. Ensure processes are adhere, and product vision is implemented in timely manner. Understanding risks, dependencies and increasing value delivered through the project / product life. Ensure the team maintains the required documentation for knowledge management. Hire and manage contractors, architects, engineers, and interface. Project Management : Strong proponent of project management best practices and processes. Should be PMP certified, and any additional credential would be nice to have. Delivery management:

Should be on top of key delivery parameters and tracking them against the set target on a month on month, quarter on quarter level. These include Revenue, Margin, Cost, Head count and investment. Customer:

Manage client stake holders and work closely with them on a weekly basis to build a strong rapport and presence on the ground

Required Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of overall IT experience and 5 years of managerial experience in Life sciences Domain. Deep functional knowledge of Lifesciences processes especially Clinical Research and Ops Aware of the Cloud native architecture along with understanding of associated technologies Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department. Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others. Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality. PMP & Scaled Agile, Scrum Certification(preferred)
