Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role of a Telecaller at Innovative Events and Exhibitors located in Raipur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales. The Telecaller will also be required to follow up on previously generated leads and maintain the company's database of customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in telemarketing and call centre operations
- Excellent knowledge of relevant computer programs and applications
- Experience using CRM software to maintain and manage customer databases
- Ability to persuade and influence others to take action
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and also independently
- Good negotiation skills and ability to close sales deals
- Must be able to speak multiple local dialects in addition to Hindi and English
- Any degree from a recognized university
