Job Description :
The Technical Consultant is responsible for leading and managing the successful development, implementation, and maintenance of BW-CORE business solutions and services. This position requires excellent technical skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain BW-CORE business solutions and services, including the design, configuration, implementation, and delivery of BW-CORE products and services.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user manuals, technical specifications, and system diagrams, to ensure accurate and consistent use of BW-CORE business solutions and services.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of BW-CORE business solutions and services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot BW-CORE business solutions and services, and provide technical assistance and guidance to customers.
- Participate in customer meetings, demos, and other events to promote BW-CORE business solutions and services.
- Provide support and guidance on product and service upgrades and new releases.
- Identify and document customer requirements and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and technology to ensure BW-CORE business solutions and services are up-to-date.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in technical consulting and/or customer service.
- Expertise in BW-CORE business solutions and services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
