Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Research Assistant role located in Tumkur. The Research Assistant / Associate will be responsible for conducting laboratory animal experiments, analyzing data, compiling reports, and communicating results to supervisors. The Research Assistant will also maintain laboratory equipment, logs, and records.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in conducting research and using laboratory equipment
• Ability to analyze data and compile reports
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or zoology, biochemistry, microbiology related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is a plus
• Knowledge of OECD GLP
