Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling IIG's course offerings, communicating with potential students, organizing events, conducting market research, monitoring competitors, and creating sales reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience in the gems and jewelry industry is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
