- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Executive to lead our sales efforts in the Northeast region of the United States
- As the Executive for Northeast Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region
- You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their goals
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Northeast region
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver integrated solutions and support customer needs
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Provide regular reporting and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics
