- Major & Critical Incident Management
- Participating in Build Projects
- Supporting Run Projects
- Change & Operational Chaneg Management
- Coordinating with OEM Vendor Third Party and working on reslution of issues
- ensuring Service Delivery as Per agreed SLA
- Initiatives taking on Learning New Technology Certifications to meet oraganisation Goals .
- Participating in preparing and sharing required reports to customer
- Participating in mataining KEDB
- Auditing the Customer Network
- Invilved in Designing of Network Solutions .
- Building Team on new Technology
about you
- Handson Experiance on SDWAN , ROuting & Switching , wirelss Solutions Such Cisco , Aruba , Juniper ...etc.
- Handsnon on SDWAN Solution in implemetation & Design and Troubleshooting .
- Good understandingand Hands on Routing technologies like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP etc.
- Good UnderstandingandHands onSwitching technologies like STP, RSTP, VLAN's, VPC,link aggregation ..etc
- Excellent Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets.
- Experience in designing POA for complex Change/Project
- Good knowledge in preparing RFO, RCA's, documentation, Knowledge Bank
- experience in handling of Project Implementation
- Knowledge on NMS & troubleshooting tools (PRIME/SOLARWINDS/DNAC etc.)
- Understanding of ITIL & best practices.
