Role
Manager Interior Design and Sales
Responsibility
1. Managing Sales & Design team in co-ordination with Sales Operations
2. Outlining and managing Sales Budget
3. Monitoring market and competitor products and activities, thereby providing detailed sales forecasting
4. Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs and improving customer satisfaction
5. Creating sales report and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings
6. Establishing and maintain key customer relationship
7. Managing Sales and Designing 12-15 projects month on month basis through a team
Qualifications
1. Masters degree or any equivalent
2. 5+ years of experience and general business skills
3. Requiring reasoning ability AND good independent judgment
