Job description
Xome is looking for Lead QA to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Quality Strategy: Develop and implement quality strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure product/service excellence
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts/engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high-quality standards
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, workflows, and testing methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Test Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of test plans, test cases, and strategies for various products or services
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure QA requirements are integrated into the development process
- Quality Metrics and Reporting: Establish key quality metrics, monitor performance, and generate reports to stakeholders regarding quality status, issues, and improvements
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact product quality or project timelines
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance
- Skills and Qualifications:Experience: Extensive experience in quality assurance/testing roles, demonstrating progression to a leadership position
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities to manage and motivate a team, fostering collaboration and a culture of quality excellence
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and technologies related to software testing and quality assurance
