Job description

Responsibilities
Developing and implementing training programs for players
Analyzing players' performances and providing feedback
Organizing and conducting practice sessions
Teaching players about chess strategies and rules
Fostering a positive and competitive environment
Mentoring players and helping them improve their skills
Organizing and participating in chess tournaments
Keeping up-to-date with the latest chess strategies and techniques
Working with players of all ages and skill levels
Promoting the sport of chess within the community.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Chess Coach
Strong understanding of chess strategies and rules
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Ability to analyze players' performances and provide feedback
Passion for chess and teaching
Ability to work with players of all ages and skill levels
Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest chess strategies and techniques
Ability to organize and participate in chess tournaments
Positive attitude and ability to foster a competitive environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
