Purpose of the Role

The custodian of this role will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth through strategic partnerships, category expansion, and customer retention strategies. This individual will lead multiple projects independently, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

to achieve the company's growth objectives.

Principal Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnerships : Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships with external companies, especially in the food and beverage services sector, to drive sales growth
• Category Expansion : Lead initiatives for better range and assortment to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase overall sales
• Customer Behavior Analysis : Develop a better understanding of customer behavior through data analysis, and implement strategies to nudge customers to visit our stores more frequently and spend more
• Customer Retention & Growth Strategies : Execute customer retention strategies such as personalized coupons, curated marketing messages, and other initiatives to enhance customer loyalty
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Engage with internal teams across various functions to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company goals
• Data Proficiency : Utilize SQL and Python skills to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions to drive business growth

Education and Experience

• 2- 4 years of work experience preferred industries & roles below
• Undergraduate Degree in Engineering/Math/Statistics
• Prior Industry: Retail, e-commerce, quick commerce company or B2C start-up
• Prior roles: Driving growth of sales/customer/category and/or digital marketing
• Data proficiency, with a strong working knowledge of SQL is a must and beginner-level skills in Python
• Candidate will have to undergo SQL Test as a part of assessment process
• Cross-functional problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
• Strong project management and execution abilities
