• B.E Mechanical with 4+ years of hands experience in concept and design of welding, machining, assembly and Gauge Inspection fixtures designing using Creo CAD Tool
• Good understanding of various Manufacturing processes, Resting, locating & Clamping principles
• Good in GD&T and Drafting
• Knowledge on PDM, Windchill,
• Materials used for Fixture design, welding symbol & Heat treatment process.
• Knowledge for Limit Fit & Tolerances, Geometric tolerances.
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings and prints
• Large assembly tolerance stack analysis.
• Good communication and ability execute project independently. Skills & Experience CAD Tools, Creo, Fixtures Design, Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (GD&T)
