Position : Agency Development Manager

Location : Tinsukia, Assam

CTC : up to 3 LPA+ commission+ other benefits

Role :

1. Achieving unit business goals through quality recruitment and training

2. Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance

3. Business should be of very good quality and should not be detrimental to the interests of the Company.

Critical competencies :

1. Sound Knowledge of IRDA regulations

2. Good Communication Skills.

3. Good team-building skills

4. Good knowledge of underwriting and ops processes

5. Training and motivation ability

Candidates- requirements :

- Graduation in any stream.

- Minimum 2-year sales or, marketing experience.

- Having own bike and DL.

- Local of particular city.
