Job description

Skills: 

1. Should collaboratively work with product owners, architect team, pre-sales to establish product architecture, development of current technology landscape and roadmaps which feed into IT strategy to propel the technology delivery with clarity on the future. Understand the current market trends, business priorities, product goals provided by product owners to define product/technology road map.

2. Responsible for identifying business strategies, objectives by assessing alternative to conclude that benefit business growth. Also responsible for conducting feasibility studies, produce high-level business models and prepare business cases.

3. The domain architect would be responsible for setting out the principles, guardrails, patterns and building blocks for use by solution architects and delivery teams; and assure via governance and other stake holder management conformant to strategy.

4. Collaboratively work with project solution architects to define application solution architecture. Guide project team members in implementation, Owning the non-functional requirements template / model.

5. The technology domain architect will provide a holistic view and ownership of the infrastructure and supporting technologies, building consensus, support, and agreement for the future direction. This requires working with senior leaders, pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams including solutions architects, and other domain architects to ensure cohesive roadmap alignment, optimal use of enterprise assets and well considered purchasing decisions. Define ROI and competitive edge for innovative next generation technology solutions. Provide guidance and drive adoption of minimum-bar standards, biases, and best practices. Review and approve data architecture, application and technical strategy frameworks and patterns for software development.

Qualifications:

The domain architect should have experience in Medicare Payor and Provider systems. Experience in Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, and Dual Demonstration encounter data to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), and States. Knowledge in the reorientation of value-based care and greater payer-provider collaboration. Exposure to Encounter Data Processing system and Claim Management. Should be acquainted with CMS and HIPAA complaint processing solution.
