Job description
- Providing technical support and assistance to clients troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Using and updating in different CMS Able to learn new things and able to understand the products and services.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams on LSQ and IVR functionalities.
- Provide technical support to internal teams for LSQ and IVRrelated issues.
- Generate and maintain reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
Qualification & Skills:
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Previous 12 years experience in technical support or customer service roles is often preferred.
- Strong problemsolving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving edtech environment.
