Development and creation of consumer communication with a good understanding of copy writing and creative . Proofread and draft copy for customer service communications . Collaborate with Design Agencies to generate new ideas and strategies on an ongoing basis. . Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. . Liaise with Operations team members to identify areas of engagement and communication where they would like support and act on requests. .
