Job description
Requirements: Extensive poker knowledge and a profound understanding of poker player behavior, with a keen interest in the game. 3-4 years of experience in data & business analytics within a digital business environment, real-money gaming preferred. Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and ETL processes, along with proficiency in Python and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI). Experience with AWS technologies (Athena, Glue) and deploying analytical jobs/scripts.
Responsibilities : Lead comprehensive analyses of player behavior, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for optimization to drive KPIs and business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, track, and analyze performance metrics relevant to player engagement and retention. Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and dashboards in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) for real-time monitoring of player activities. Implement A/B testing and data-driven methodologies to evaluate the impact of product and marketing strategies on user behavior. Utilize AWS technologies (Athena, Glue) for efficient data querying, extraction, and processing, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Qualifications: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data sets into strategic insights. B.Tech from Tier-I colleges (IIT, NIT, BITS) or equivalent. Strong leadership capabilities, driving projects and mentoring team members. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A track record of leveraging data analytics to drive business success and product innovation.Job tags
