Job description
SAP Fieldglass Consultant 7 yrs /2 rex.
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Exp 5 Years.
1. Gathering user requirements and mapping them into Fileld Glass business processes
2.Configure and maintain the SAP Fieldglass system to meet the organizations contingent workforce management needs.Manage user access and permissions ensuring proper security measures are in place.
3.Collaborate with UX designers to enhance the overall user experience through custom development.
4Establish feedback loops to gather user input and usage data for continuous improvement efforts.
5.Utilize SAP Fieldglass analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights into contingent workforce trends.
6. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements based on data analysis.
7.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to contingent workforce management.
8Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in relevant regulations.
9. Provide training and support to endusers ensuring they can effectively use SAP Fieldglass to manage contingent workforce activities.
