Position: Application Architect 

Location: Work From Office – Hyderabad 

Hiring an Application Architect having 12-15 years of hands-on experience

We are hiring a highly skilled and seasoned Application Architect role backed by an impressive 12-15 years of hands-on 

experience of providing innovative solutions in Digital and Cloud Solutions comprising of Enterprise Application, Cloud, Mobility, 

RPA/CPA. The primary focus is to bring Application Architecture, Custom Solutions, develop and extend Cloud offerings. Engage 

with the customer and partner with various stakeholders to drive implementation of requirements and associated solutions. 

Responsibilities:

 Being the face to drive the technical solutions and Application Architecture for our customers. 

 Able to interact with business stakeholders and CXO's to find the appropriate solutions and technology. 

 Able to guide development and ensure security, compliance, best practice, security guidelines, approved architecture and design 

principles followed. 

 Drive the development lifecycle with focus on quality deliverables. 

 Staying updated with emerging technologies and latest trends aligned to the organization, working on POCs, bring innovative 

solutions to the enterprise. 

 Support Pre-sales activity. 

 Apply an innovative approach and passion to problem solving and solution development. 

 Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

 Good analytical skills 

Requirements:

 The candidate should have 12-15 years of experience in IT Consulting & Services industry. 

 The candidate should have Deep understanding of custom application development, cloud computing, cloud migration, 

transition challenges and hands on knowledge of cloud, mobility, and next gen technologies. 

 5+ years of client management experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships. 

 Demonstrated experience in delivering simultaneous multiple full project lifecycles from project initiation to final delivery 

and sign-off/closure is a MUST. 

 Technology should be his primary/base skill set. In recent years, the candidate should have worked in application 

architecture, solutioning, and customer interactions. 

 The candidate should be a hands-on technical person with the info on the current state of the art technology landscape. 

 Define and Advocate Technical best practices. Put measures in place to ensure that teams follow defined best practices. 

 Conduct Technical reviews and architecture reviews. 

 Hiring technical team members 

 Knowledge of Technology (hands-on in min 3 areas) 

 Deep understanding for design patters, coding best practices, architecture principles. Experience of architectural styles like 

microservices, serverless, micro frontend, event driven architecture. 

 Language: .NET, python 

 Low Code No Code platform: SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics CRM/CE. 

 Cloud: Azure, AWS and their related PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS services 

 Mobile application: Android, iOS, Xamarin/Ionic, React Native, Flutter 

 Others: DevOps, Load Balancing, Networking, Cloud Infra
