Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Kolkata. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing Recruitment, HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and providing support for HR management.

Qualifications

• Must be strong in End - End Recruitment (IT & Non IT)
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in HR Management and Benefits Administration
• Ability to develop and maintain HR policies
• Experience in managing employee benefits and resolving employee issues
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Having Experience in Payroll Management is a extra plus

Salary - Up to 3.5LPA
