Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, demonstrating a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity, technical proficiency, and versatility in various design mediums.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design innovative and impactful visual solutions across multiple platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute creative concepts, layouts, and designs that align with project goals and effectively communicate the desired message.
- Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and other design elements while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continually improve and enhance design processes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure the accurate execution of design concepts and oversee the production process.
Eligibility Criteria - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Proven experience in designing for both print and digital platforms, including social media and web.
- Extensive knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual composition.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects, including branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and more.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
