Job description
Provide day to day operational support for the Endpoint Security Service . Implementation, designing & management of Checkpoint, Fortigate Firewall. Manages teams, encouraging cooperation, productivity and teamwork Expert level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution Candidate should have knowledge of backup and restoration for configuration as per defined backup and restoration policy Create various reports for remediation, change tracking and on demand basis. Strong project management skills. Reviewing current system security measures and recommending and implementing enhancements. Conducting regular system tests and ensuring continuous monitoring of network security Developing project timelines for ongoing system upgrades Ensuring all personnel have access to the IT system limited by need and role. Have to mandatorily work from HAL client location in Bangalore. Skills: Have completed minimum 5 years significant network security & endpoint Solutions design. Should have design, build or consulting experience on Endpoint Security Infrastructure. Expert level experience with deployment, maintenance and operations of one or more major Endpoint Security Products, For example:, TrendMicro DSM, Symantec, Crowd strike. etc. Good Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT framework and good exposure of Service management. Experience in the documentation and design of Standard Operating Procedures In depth knowledge of the OSI network model and transmissionpacket flow. Experience with different network types (i.e. LAN,WAN,WLAN) Network protocols and technologies, e.g. DNS,OSPF,EIGRP, Balancing, WAN optimization, SD WAN,VPN,PKI. Hands on expertise on Checkpoint, Fortigate firewall and IPS. Hands on expertise on Radware load balancer. Knowledge on public cloud environment. Configuration and troubleshooting skills. Establishing disaster recovery procedures and conducting breach of security drills Promptly responding to all security incidents and providing thorough post event analysis. Extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance and reliability Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization and security Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions Experience implementing multi factor authentication, single sign on, identity management or related technologies Certification : Security +, Check Point Certified Security Administrator,
