Global Rewards Operations Analyst who is passionate in work and possess the drive to excel to join us.
Scope: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the Global Rewards Operations team. As a Global Rewards Operations Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our organization's annual compensation programs, with a focus on Merit and Bonus processes. This role reports to Head of Global Rewards Operations.
Key Performance Areas: - Manage the entire process of planning and executing annual Merit and Bonus programs.
- Work closely with regional Compensation and Benefits teams to understand local needs and coordinate system changes with the HR Information Management (HRIM) team.
- Collaborate with the HRIM team to smoothly integrate changes, ensuring they align with local specifications through rigorous testing.
- Create clear and concise communication materials to keep stakeholders updated on changes.
- Develop and deliver training programs for HR and C&B teams, providing comprehensive insights into annual processes.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Collect and organize data from various systems, ensuring it is clean and consolidated to provide key insights for informed decision-making by management.
Your Profile: - University degree with 6-10 years relevant experience working in Compensation & Benefit/Rewards Operations, HR Operations, or HR Data Analytics in an MNC environment.
- Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint for HR Analytics.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and processes.
