Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support and managing customer service. The role requires the candidate to work on-site in Delhi, India.

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer support
• Experience in customer service management
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact and diplomacy
• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience in the wedding planning industry is a plus
