Weekly Off: 6 Days (Rotational)

Responsibilities:

As an Ecommerce Voice Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through voice interactions. This role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of 12th grade or graduates in any discipline.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
