Job Description The Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the organization's social media platforms and digital channels. They will oversee all aspects of the organization's social media presence, including content creation, community management, and advertising campaigns. Additionally, they will be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. 2. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. 3. Manage and monitor all social media channels, including responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to create integrated marketing campaigns that leverage social media and digital channels. 5. Monitor and analyze social media and digital marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a managerial role. 3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics. 7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 8. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies is a plus.
