Roles and Responsibilities
• Budget Planning. Event Management.
• Plan for lead execution.
• Conduct one to one counseling sessions.
• Participation in Education Fairs & Seminars.
• Align marketing budget and revenue target.
• Focus on Digital Marketing & Online Marketing.
• Managing team effort towards the achievement of targets.
• Strategic planning for brand promotion, outreach and admissions.
• Career counseling, advertisement, market research & admissions.
• Managing a team of Tele-callers, Counselors, Executives and Managers.
• Marketing activities to collection of data, brand promotion & increase Admissions.
• Creating marketing strategies and business plans along with the Operations Team.
• Building relationship with Educational Consultants, Institutions, Schools & Colleges.
Desired Candidate Profile
• He must possess excellent people management skills in ensuring full capacity utilization
and enhanced performance of his / her Team.
• Must guide the overall team effort towards successful achievement of Goals.
• Achieve growth and hit the mission of the Institution by successfully managing the
entire team.
• To get commitment from the team for the daily walk-ins.
• Daily morning stand up meeting for 5 minutes with counselors.
• Daily evening meeting with counselors and review for the day and plan for the next day.
• Be an effective communicator.
